Qualifications

• 2+ years experience providing primary care as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active or eligible licensure in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
• Experience using electronic health records in ambulatory settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive and acute visits.
• Conduct clinical histories and develop treatment plans.
• Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic health record.
