Job summary

You will lead Purposeful Hourly Rounding, validate staff rounds, coordinate with physicians, and ensure a safe, patient-centered environment. BSN is required, MSN preferred, and RN licensure in New York with BLS/ACLS/NRP certifications are

Qualifications

• BSN is required; MSN strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience; supervisory/charge nurse preferred.
• Current NY RN license with BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing practice following the Relationship Centered Care model.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Purposeful Hourly Rounding (PHR).
• Integrate PHR into clinical activities to enhance Relationship Centered Care.
• Validate staff rounds and provide meaningful feedback.
• Conduct daily patient rounding (Mon-Fri).
• Collaborate with the physician dyad and address concerns timely.
