Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• Primary certification required: ARRT RT(N) or NMTCB within one year of eligibility.
• Current RT licensure in MA and/or RI is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diversified clinical patient care in nuclear medicine under supervision.
• Assess patients, obtain chart information, and document data in the EHR.
• Educate patients for exams and position them for imaging procedures.
• Select imaging parameters and ensure quality images with attention to ALARA and MR safety.

Accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program

Massachusetts or Rhode Island RT licensure
