Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health in Camden, NJ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Mother Infant Unit, a 24-bed postpartum care area. You will provide high‑quality nursing care to mothers and newborns using the nursing process and family‑centered teaching.

The per diem role runs 7PM–7AM with weekends and holidays required. A NJ RN license and BLS are mandatory; ACLS/NALS/PALS may be required for certain specialties. Join a top‑ranked academic health system affiliated with Rowan University.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum of acute RN women and children’s experience required.
• Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.
• Current NJ-RN License and BLS certification required.
• Certain specialties may require ACLS, NALS, or PALS.
• Per diem, 7PM-7AM, weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to postpartum mothers and newborns using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Deliver patient education and discharge planning for families.
