Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a per diem, experienced, certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join its Tampa Bay NICU team. The assignment covers 16-hour night shifts, primarily at St Joseph's North (Lutz) and South Florida Baptist Hospital (Plant City), with rotation to other Baycare hospitals.

The NICU team includes neonatologists and NNPs providing 24-hour in-house newborn coverage, with in-house and back-up call arrangements. Florida license and APRN certification are required.

Qualifications

• Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with current APRN licensure.
• Experience in NICU settings and neonatology care.

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem neonatal coverage in NICU settings.
• Deliver 24-hour newborn coverage in assigned hospitals.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric staff for patient care.
