Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks an experienced Board Certified Neonatologist for per diem coverage at Lakeland Regional Medical Center (LRMC). The newly opened unit supports Level-III NICU services and collaborates with MFM, pediatric surgeons, and other subspecialties.

Shifts are 24 hours in house, with Florida licensure required. Coverage includes attending high-risk deliveries and NICU duties within LRMC’s 30-bed unit.

Qualifications

• FL licensed medical physician, applicable to state of Florida.
• Board Certification in Neonatology.
• Recent NICU experience required.

Responsibilities

• Attend high-risk deliveries.
• Provide coverage in the 30-bed well-baby nursery.
• In-house 24-hour shifts for per diem coverage.
