Mercyhealth is seeking a PRN Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join the Pediatrics/Newborn Care team in Janesville, WI. The role focuses on newborn care in the nursery, collaborating with pediatricians, obstetric providers, and nursing leadership in a family-centered environment.

Compensation is highly competitive at $69-$80 per hour. EPIC EMR is used; Mercyhealth offers extensive referral networks, and the position supports a non-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Neonatal NP program.
• National Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) certification.
• Active state APRN license.
• Active state DEA license or eligibility.
• Active BLS and NRP certifications or eligibility.
• Preferred experience in a nursery, NICU, or neonatal practice.
• Preferred experience attending deliveries and performing neonatal stabilization.
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.
