Job summary

Mercyhealth in Janesville, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our Labor & Delivery team. You will provide Pediatrics & Newborn Nursery rounds and collaborate with multi-specialty caregivers using the EPIC EMR in a hospital-based setting.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited NP program, an active Wisconsin APRN license, and at least 2 years of NICU RN experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP program.
• Hold an active state APRN license.
• At least 2 years of experience as a bedside registered nurse in a level III NICU, prepared to practice across neonatal continuum.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house Pediatrics & Newborn Nursery rounds.
• Proficient with EPIC EMR.
• Collaborate with multi-specialty referral sources.

• At least 2 years of experience as a beside registered nurse in a level III NICU, who is prepared to practice across the continuum, providing primary, acute, chronic, and critical care to neonates, infants, and toddlers through age 2.
• The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team
