Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) in Houston, TX. Join a large, established neonatology practice offering 24-hour in-house coverage across multiple Level II and III NICUs with strong subspecialist support.

Applicants should hold TX medical licensure or active IMLC, have a current APRN certification, and possess a master's degree with at least one year of post-graduate experience.

Qualifications

• TX medical license or active IMLC license preferred.
• Current APRN national specialty certification required.
• Minimum of a master's degree and 1 year post-grad clinical experience.
• Recent NNP experience required (within the past 12 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour in-house coverage.
• Collaborate with neonatology and subspecialists across Level II/III NICUs.
• Support transport teams as needed (not required).
• Participate in research, quality improvement and protocol development.
