Job summary

Qualifications

  • Credentialed in radiography with ARRT certification.
  • Registered in MRI with ARRT or AMRIT MRI, or eligible.
  • Oregon Board of Medical Imaging license required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate state-of-the-art MRI scanners with skill and precision.
  • Select protocols and adjust exposure factors based on patient needs.
  • Evaluate scans for completeness and diagnostic value.
  • Gather additional images or information when needed.
  • Use EPIC, Radiant, and PACS to access histories and document details.
  • Prepare complete case documentation with symptoms and history.
  • Adhere to MRI safety protocols and ALARA guidelines.
  • Provide age-appropriate and holistic patient care during imaging.
  • Communicate effectively with radiologists and care teams.
