Job summary

Science 37’s Nursing Solutions Group seeks a Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse to deliver nursing care at participants' homes, travel to site assignments as needed, and support trial activities across multiple therapeutic areas.

Qualifications include an active RN license, BSN preferred, 2+ years clinical/research experience, BLS, and a willingness to travel. Strong English communication and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

BSN degree preferred and active RN licensure
Active RN licensure in home state and eligibility for Compact Licensure
Minimum 2+ years clinical/research experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel 1–2 days per week
Ability to lift up to 15 kg and use study care equipment
English communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

Provide research nurse services to study participants at home
Apply clinical nursing practices to solve complex problems
Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses on education and resource support
Support operational development of Science 37 nursing service delivery
Develop relationships with study team and act as SME on nursing processes
Perform other duties as assigned as Science 37 evolves
