Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient observation and rounds.
• Assist staff with patient care while following treatment plans.
• Monitor patients and report observations to staff.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Assist patients with daily living skills as necessary.
• Provide supervision of patients' activities.
• Ensure the safety of patients on the unit.
• Document in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team.
