RN Part-Time / Per Visit Rates starting at $45

Potential transition to Full Time after 90 days. RN must live in Broward County and surrounding areas.

The RN will work to provide the highest quality of care to patients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure patient's needs are met in relation to safety, well-being, and satisfaction. Experience with WellSky/Kinnser & Home Health is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervised by an RN
• Provides safe and effective care based on the individualized Plan of Care.
• Communicates changes in patient medical status/emergencies promptly to the Team for effective case management.
• Performs nursing duties such as medication administration, wound care, infusion, transferring & positioning, catheter care, and effective communication with patients, families, and the Team Case Manager.
• Demonstrates empathy, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and prioritization with a sense of urgency.

Required Experience & Education

• Current RN license in Florida
• At least 2 years of Home Health experience
• OASIS experience
• EMR experience, with WellSky preferred
• Wound care and infusion skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, and customer service skills; proficient in electronic health records documentation
