Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience assisting physicians and nurses in patient care.
• Knowledge of vital signs measurement and specimen collection.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic) and patient scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare rooms for examination.
• Measure and record vital signs and collect lab samples.
• Assist with injections, blood draws, and specimen processing per policy.
• Update and document patient information in the EMR (Epic).
• Support patient scheduling and communication with providers.
