Unitek Learning is seeking a Per-Diem Medical Assisting Instructor to support student success through engaging, hands-on instruction on campus in Phoenix. You will educate students, design lesson plans, and accommodate diverse learning styles while upholding World Class Service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; advanced education or college degree preferred but will consider candidates with equivalent experience.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program preferred
• Certified Medical Assistant (RMA, CMA, NRCMA) preferred

Responsibilities

• Educate and provide technical and academic training to students
• Design and carry out a lesson plan for each class taught
• Accommodate individual student differences and learning styles
• Deliver world-class service to students and coworkers
• Identify and address barriers to student achievement and refer to support services as needed
• Mentor a diverse student population and provide advisement and counseling
• Support program committees and school initiatives
• Collaborate with campus staff and adhere to policies and regulations
