Job summary

Cone Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem to deliver high-quality patient care on designated daily shifts under supervision, collaborating with the healthcare team to support assessments, treatments, and safety.

Candidates should have an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), an active NC RN license (or Compact state), BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of RN experience in a clinical specialty.

Qualifications

• RN license in NC or a Compact state.
• BLS/CPR certification (American Red Cross or AHA).
• 1 year as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in a clinical specialty.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient assessments, examinations, and treatments.
• Support analysis of patient data to guide decisions and plans.
• Implement prescribed interventions following protocols and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Seek guidance from senior professionals on complex cases to ensure quality care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
