St. Peter's Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Mammography Technologist for the Day Shift.

The role covers multiple departments within Medical Imaging, focusing on mammography, localization, and stereotactic procedures under the Breast Center Director. Qualifications include an AAS in Radiologic Technology, current ARRT, NYS license; a Mammography registry is preferred. Per diem position with pay range based on experience, with strong opportunities for advancement within the imaging

Qualifications

• AAS Degree in Radiologic Technology (or equivalent hospital-based certificate program).
• Current ARRT registration and NYS license required.
• RRT, Mammography registry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs mammography, breast localization and stereotactic diagnostic procedures per department ACR and MQSA guidelines.
• Obtains, reviews, and records patient history pertinent to the procedure.
• Instructs patients on the nature of the exam and explains procedures to baseline patients.
• Demonstrates accurate positioning according to department and ACR guidelines, ensuring film quality and proper labeling.
• Completes all required documentation related to patient care, imaging exams and RIS procedures.
