Job summary

The University of Vermont Health Network (UVMMC - Medical Center - Main Campus) in Burlington, VT is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a Per Diem position. The role includes performing digital mammography exams and quality control in the Breast Imaging department.

Requirements include ARRT certification/licensing in Vermont and at least 1 year of radiology experience. Per Diem status, may require weekends and on-call duties; hospital-based union position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certified and licensed or eligible with the State of Vermont.
• Has at least 1 year experience as a Radiology technologist.
• Per Diem status with union.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography exams on all equipment with proficiency in routine and diagnostic exams.
• Perform weekly quality control on mammography machines as required by FDA and ACR.
• Assist in training other personnel and students as needed.
• Work weekends, holidays, and on-call as assigned.
