Job summary

RRHS Imaging in Rochester, NY seeks a Mammo Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammograms with high-quality imaging and patient comfort.

The role requires NYS radiologic licensure or permit with licensure within six months, ARRT-R certification within six months, and prior radiologic tech experience; new grads accepted with verification documents. Per diem schedule Mon-Fri, 8 hours, with occasional weekends, within 645am-530pm window.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in radiologic technology or equivalent.
• NYS license or permit with licensure within six months of employment.
• ARRT-R certification required within six months of employment.
• New graduates may apply with official transcripts and primary source verification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation of exams and related procedures in RIS/PACS and patient charts.
• Perform screening, diagnostic and assist in mammographic procedures.
• Monitor image quality to ALARA/ACR standards and ensure safety.
• Maintain equipment performance and functionality; assist with QA activities.
• Support radiologists and team during exams and patient care.
