Job summary

AMPLA HEALTH is seeking a Maintenance Worker to sustain clinic facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and grounds. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance across multiple locations and assist with remodeling tasks as needed.

Qualified candidates should have five years of building maintenance experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years in general building maintenance.
• Ability to operate common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between Ampla Health locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance at all Ampla Health locations.
• Maintain HVAC filter schedules and report deficiencies.
• Document maintenance actions and equipment concerns.
• Repair floors, toilets, roofs, painting, doors, windows, and locks.
• Assist with plumbing and electrical work and remodeling.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate orders.
• Travel to various locations as needed.
• Maintain safe and clean work environments.
