Silverado Newport Mesa is hiring Per Diem Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support memory care residents across multiple shifts. Join a memory care innovator recognized as a top workplace.

You will provide clinical support, assist with activities of daily living, document health status, and uphold a safe, compassionate environment. Requirements: LVN/LPN license, VN program graduate, strong English communication, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Preferred: experience in senior care or memory care settings.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
• Provide clinical support and assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.).
• Monitor resident health and maintain accurate care documentation.
• Support a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents with memory impairments.

Skills

Active LVN/LPN license

Effective communication in English
