Job summary

Silverado Calabasas is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our memory care team. You will provide compassionate clinical support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory impairments, while partnering with families and physicians to ensure high-quality care.

As a PRN/Per Diem role, you’ll work flexible shifts in a supportive, patient-centered environment that values dignity and joy for residents. Strong communication and reliability are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Preferred: experience in senior or memory care settings.
• Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
• Physical ability to perform duties (up to 50 lbs) and mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
• Provide clinical support and assist with activities of daily living.
• Monitor resident health and maintain care documentation.
• Support a safe and engaging memory care environment.
