BrightStar Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our expanding service area in Duluth, MN on a part-time or per‑diem basis. You’ll provide individualized home care to clients while maintaining a schedule that fits your life, and potential for additional hours as the territory grows.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN license in Minnesota.
• Experience in home health care or similar settings preferred.

• Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
