Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Per Diem assignments across Hampton Roads, VA. Salary ranges from $37 to $39 per hour, with options for same-day or next-day pay.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a potential hiring bonus after completing two shifts. Local staffing coordinators are available from 5 AM to 11:30 PM to support placements.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR
• PPD within the last year
• Ability to meet physical requirements with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
