Job summary

Home of the Good Shepherd in Saratoga County is seeking dedicated LPN professionals for per-diem shifts across multiple sites. You will provide oversight to care staff, administer medications, and monitor resident health in a compassionate team environment.

As a LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents by:

Provide oversight and guidance to care staff delivering care to elderly residents with physical and/or cognitive disabilities.

Administer medications in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations

Monitor and document the overall health, support individual resident care plans and well-being of residents; collaborate with Directors and Administrators to ensure compliance with NYSDOH regulations and guideline.

LPN’s: $31 – $34/hour (depending on experience & role)

Shift Differentials

$5.00/hour for Evening Shifts

$2.50/hour for Overnight Shifts
