Home of the Good Shepherd is seeking an experienced LPN Supervisor to support residents with compassionate, skilled nursing care. You will oversee a team of 10–12 CNAs, HHAs, and RAs, ensuring medications are administered safely and daily living activities are carried out with dignity.

Collaboration with Directors is required to maintain NYSDOH compliance and drive quality improvements. The role demands leadership, clinical expertise with the elderly, and rapid emergency response with accurate

Qualifications

• Active NY LPN license.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of NYSDOH regulations and healthcare best practices.
• Clinical experience with elderly populations, including medication administration, wound care, and ADL support.
• Ability to respond effectively to resident needs and emergencies.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, assist residents, and perform nursing care tasks over extended periods.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to high standards of care.

Job Type:

All shifts, full-time, part-time

Hours:

Must be able to work every other weekend. Per-diem will need to work at least 1 weekend/month.

Pay:

• Days: Entry Level LPN Starting at $29.00/hour for Day shift, additional pay based upon experience, Max $30.25


• LPN 5+ years experience Day shift – Starting at $30.00/hour, additional pay based upon experience, Max $32.50


• Evenings: Entry Level LPN Starting at $30.00/hour for Evening shift, additional pay based upon experience, Max $31.25


• LPN 5+ years experience Evening shift – Starting at $31.00/hour, additional pay based upon experience, Max $33.50


• Overnights: Entry Level LPN Starting at $31.00/hour for Overnight shift, additional pay based upon experience, Max $32.25


• LPN 5+ years experience Overnight shift – Starting at $32.00/hour, additional pay based upon experience, Max $34.50

Shift Differential:

• Evenings $5.00


• Overnights $3.00

Premium Benefit:

LPN Sign-on bonus $1,000
