Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within unit according to policy and procedures.
• Collaborate with RN and physicians to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Document patient care and responses in the record.
• Mentor and precept new staff as assigned.
• Support discharge planning and family education as directed.
