Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA seeks experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads, VA. The role involves providing nursing care, administering medications, and coordinating with healthcare teams.

We offer competitive pay of $37-$39 per hour, same-day or next-day pay with RapidPay, and a hiring bonus after two shifts. Local applicants only; active LPN license and CPR/BLS required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
