Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. Competitive pay at $37.00-$39.00/hour with same-day or next-day pay. Local applicants only.

Active LPN license, 1 year facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and a recent PPD are required. Responsibilities include providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications, documenting patient information, wound care, and coordinating with the

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
