Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, and coordinate with health care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within LPN scope.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties as needed.
