Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA seeks experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join its Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Competitive pay ranges from $37 to $39 per hour with same-day/next-day pay options and a potential bonus after two shifts.

Per diem and flexible scheduling offer local opportunities with full-time hours available. Active LPN license with at least 1 year facility experience and current BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
