Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads.

Active LPN license, minimum 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and a PPD within the last year are required. Per diem positions offer same-day or next-day pay, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a hiring bonus after completing 2 shifts. Local applicants only. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
