Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team serving Hampton Roads. You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications, document patient information, and coordinate with healthcare staff.

Requirements include an active LPN license, 1 year facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and ability to meet physical demands. Perks include same-day or next-day pay, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
