Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses for per diem shifts across Hampton Roads. Earn $37.00–$39.00 per hour with Same-Day or Next-Day Pay and a signing bonus after two shifts; weekly pay and flexible scheduling available.

We hire for full-time hours where possible and provide local staffing coordinators to support assignments. This role requires active LPN licensure, at least one year of facility-based experience, BLS/CPR, and a current PPD within the

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD (Tuberculosis test) within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
