Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for per diem shifts in Pennsylvania. You will collaborate with RNs to deliver compassionate home care to children and adults, documenting care and adhering to physician orders.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted state license as LPN/LVN in the practice state.
• Current CPR certification.
• State-specific pediatric experience requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document skilled nursing care under RN supervision per care plan and physician orders.
• Observe, assess, and report patient condition changes to supervisor/physician.
• Document all nursing activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in implementing and updating the nursing care plan.
• Maintain infection control per OSHA standards and ensure patient/family education.
