Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse.
• Current CPR certification.
• Pediatrics experience required by state (SC/CA/LA).
• Continuing Education as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Observe, assess, and report changes in patient condition to supervisor/physician.
• Document activities, assessments, nursing actions, and care coordination in the chart.
• Participate in, implement, and update the nursing care plan.
• Provide care and uphold infection control per OSHA standards.
