Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Earn $37-$39/hour with per diem scheduling and weekly pay. Benefits include same-day or next-day pay and a possible hiring bonus after 2 shifts.

Active LPN license, 1 year of facility experience, and current BLS/CPR are required. Local applicants only; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians and other providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties as needed.
