Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, document patient information, and coordinate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within LPN scope.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Document patient information accurately.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor changes in patient condition and report.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with healthcare team.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
