Job summary

VNA Care in Massachusetts seeks a Per Diem LPN to support home health services in the Brockton/Randolph/Braintree area. Schedule: 8a-4:30p on weekdays with flexible hours and mileage reimbursement.

The LPN delivers high-quality nursing and personal care under the supervision of a registered nurse, complying with VNA Care policies. MA license and LPN program completion are required. Experience with wounds, catheters, CHF/COPD and diabetes is helpful.

Qualifications

• Completion of LPN program required.
• Massachusetts licensure required.
• Minimum one year in acute care or comparable work experience; home care preferred.
• Experience with wounds, wound vacs, trach suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD and diabetes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality nursing and personal care under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Work as per diem, weekdays 8a-4:30p with flexible scheduling.
• Mileage is reimbursed each pay period.
