Job summary

VNA Care is seeking Per Diem LPNs for weekday schedules in the Brockton, Randolph & Braintree area. Schedule: Work any hours between; 8a-4:30p Monday - Friday. Work as little or as much as you'd like!

Responsible for providing high quality nursing care and personal care to patients under the direction of a registered professional nurse consistent with VNA Care’s policies, goals, and objectives. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel to patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Completion of LPN program required.
• Massachusetts licensure to practice required.
• Minimum of one year in an acute care setting or comparable work experience; home care experience preferred.
• Experience with wounds, wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD and diabetes is helpful.
