Job summary

Centurion is seeking a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the NW Correctional Complex in Tiptonville, Tennessee. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff.

Requirements include a Tennessee LPN license or ability to obtain one, active CPR certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance (drug screen and background check). Per diem role with competitive pay and differentials.

Qualifications

• Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one.
• Active CPR certification is required.
• Corrections experience is not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
• Collaborate with RNs, medical and psychiatric staff to address physical and mental health needs.
