ANAC STAFFING is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Lutherville, MD for per diem shifts in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to provide safe and compassionate resident care.
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of RNs and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents’ vital signs and report changes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with coordinating resident care and transitions.
• Maintain accurate nursing records.
• Communicate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow infection-control guidelines and patient-safety procedures.
