Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice in a home-health setting in Virginia. You will administer medications, perform wound care, collect patient data, and educate patients to support recovery and independence.

Qualifications include an active LPN license, at least 1 year in a facility, current BLS/CPR, a recent PPD, and the ability to meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Recent PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
