Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care within the LPN scope, administer medications, collect patient information, and support wound care. The role emphasizes patient safety and coordination with the healthcare team.

This per-diem position offers flexible scheduling, same-day or next-day pay options, and the opportunity for a signing bonus after two shifts. A valid LPN license, BLS/CPR, and at least one year of facility-based experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current BLS/CPR certification
• PPD test within the last year
