Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the U.S Council on Social Work Education.
• California Clinical Social Worker License at hire.
• Within 90 days of hire: Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB).
• 2 years' experience in a hospital or institutional environment.
• 2 years in a position that required participation on an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.

Responsibilities

• Identify psychosocial needs of patients and families and through therapeutic intervention meet those needs.
• Assist patients and families in making better use of medical care and community resources.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care.
