Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant human services field from an accredited school.
• Full licensure in applicable state required.
• 2 years clinical experience required.
• Experience with grief, trauma, and adjustment issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and evaluates patient care according to identified needs.
• Manages clients in crisis utilizing appropriate therapeutic skills and assessment techniques.
• Writes treatment plans and discharge plans based on patient diagnosis and needs.
• Collaborates with guardians and community agencies to insure effective service delivery.
• Completes patient care documentation and billing information accurately.
• Designs, plans and implements effective patient education.
• Maintains open lines of communication with the healthcare team for patient outcomes.
