Adams Clinical is seeking a Per Diem Mental Health Technician for our Watertown inpatient research facility. You will provide direct care and supervise participants to maintain a therapeutic environment, under the guidance of the Unit Manager and coordinators.

The role requires de-escalation, shift documentation, vital signs, phlebotomy as needed, and collaboration with staff to ensure protocol adherence and research integrity.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to become phlebotomy trained.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior inpatient psychiatric unit experience or related work is a plus.
• Paramedic or medical assistant experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide therapeutic interaction and de-escalation as needed.
• Review handoff reports and maintain shift documentation.
• Conduct wellness checks and monitor participant safety.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and orientation.
• Take vitals, collect specimens, and document lab samples as needed.
• Support scheduled activities and ensure protocol adherence.
