Job summary

Vivo Infusion in Leesburg, VA is hiring an Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team at multiple VA clinic locations. The RN will administer infusion treatments, calculate and mix medications, and perform IV insertions with a focus on safety and patient comfort.

The role requires a state nursing license, ADN/BSN, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of IV infusion experience. Travel to a secondary clinic is required; per diem schedule with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state professional nurse licensure.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1yr IV experience.
• Infusion experience preferred.
• CRNI certification preferred.
• ICU/ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion patients.
• Calculate, mix, and administer prescribed medications.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion; manage inventory and supplies.
• Document patient assessments and communicate with medical staff.
• Perform skilled IV insertions and ensure patient safety.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth as needed.
• Assist in CQI activities and daily run/flow sheet reviews.
