Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking an Infusion Registered Nurse for per diem coverage in Leesburg and Fairfax, VA. The RN will provide direct patient care, calculate and administer IV medications, and monitor patients during infusion while ensuring high-quality, compliant practice.

The role reports to the Clinical Operations Manager and involves travel to the secondary clinic as needed, with clinic hours roughly 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday as required. Per diem, non-exempt, travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state nursing license.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associate/Bachelor’s degree.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year IV experience.
• CRNI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
• Calculate, mix and administer medications.
• Monitor patients before, during and after infusion treatments.
• Document assessments and communicate with medical staff.
• Perform IV insertions with accuracy.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth as needed.
• Contribute to CQI improvement activities.
• Complete daily run/flow sheet reviews.
