Job summary

Aya Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse for per diem shifts in Belleville, NJ. This position requires BLS, NIHSS and ACLS with extensive ICU skills including arterial line care, ventilated patient support, central line care, infection control, and dysrhythmia management.

Per diem shifts pay $780 per shift. Aya provides credentialing support, a flexible schedule, and access to the Shifts app to choose shifts anytime.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN license in NJ.
• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS, ACLS.
• Experience in ICU and vented patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU nursing care for ventilated patients in per diem shifts.
• Monitor patient status, alarms and vitals; respond promptly.
• Administer meds and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips as ordered.
• Maintain infection prevention protocols and PPE usage.
